Important information for our guests

Due to the ongoing travel advisory for the affected destinations in the Middle East — including the explicit note that transit travel via hubs such as Abu Dhabi, Dubai, or Doha to onward destinations may also be affected – we have extended the deadline for free cancellations and rebookings for package tours with departures through and including May 22, 2026.

Affected bookings will be notified about the following options and asked to respond by Monday, May 11, 2026;

• Free cancellation of your trip or
• Free rebooking to a later travel date

Therefore, bookings will not be proactively cancelled.

For hotel-only bookings to the United Arab Emirates or Oman, we are happy to offer a free rebooking to a later travel date or a different destination. Cancellations are currently subject to the cancellation fees specified in our Terms and Conditions.
