PLEASE NOTE: From May 12th to June 7th, 2026, there will be renovation works of bathrooms taking place in a limited section of rooms in the Fayna building. These rooms will be out of service, and guest accommodation will be arranged away from the work area to minimise disruption. While all efforts will be made to reduce impact, some occasional daytime noise may occur.

This small apartment resort is located 3 min, or around 400 m, from Playa del Inglés. It is 500 m from the centre and 700 m from Maspalomas. It is within walking distance of La Sandía and Yumbo Centrum shopping centres.

6 junior suites, 4 single rooms and 35 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. The apartment complex provides a baggage storage service, a safe, a laundry service and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Other services include a hotel shuttle bus.
