PLEASE NOTE: During May and June 2026, the D. Fernando swimming pool area will be temporarily closed due to upgrade works. Improvements will include the installation of children’s water play features, new slides, a multi-sports area, and updated pool tiling to enhance the guest experience. Two other swimming pools will remain open and available, and no other guest areas will be affected during this period.

Location

This complex is situated on the well-known Avenida de Tirajana, close to the shopping centre of Playa Ingles. The centre of the resort and its countless shopping and entertainment options as well as the diverse nightlife venues lie within 500 metres of the grounds. Public transport departs from a stop approximately 200 metres away whilst the beach is about 1.5 km from the hotel. It is 30 km to the airport.
