Important Information for Our Guests in the United Arab Emirates / Oman
Dear Guests,
Due to the current developments in the Middle East and the resulting airspace closures, international flight operations are significantly disrupted.
Our local representatives are in close contact with the hotels, the relevant authorities on the ground, and our operational partners to ensure that you remain safely accommodated and supported.
A large number of our guests are currently affected by flight cancellations. We are working with the highest priority to arrange the earliest possible and safe return travel for all affected travellers.
However, given the exceptional circumstances and the number of people involved, coordination with airlines, authorities and partners requires additional time and effort.
As soon as airspace restrictions are lifted and safe return flights can be operated, we will plan returns and inform you immediately. The flight rebooking will be made by our flights department and your new flight details will be communicated to you via our local team, once these are available, so you do not need to take any action.
We continue to closely monitor the situation and are in ongoing contact with our local teams, international partners and the relevant authorities.
Please also note that the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) has asked British nationals in the region to register their presence so that they can receive direct updates on support options and is considering all available means to assist those affected, including possible coordinated repatriation planning should airspace closures persist.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
