Terms and Conditions for the Giveaway “Christmas Countdown with Etihad Holidays”
Please note the following terms and conditions:
1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Capital Holidays GmbH, Landsbergerstraße 154, 80339 Munich, Germany (parent company of Etihad Holidays).
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to all individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom or Germany.
Employees of Capital Holidays, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from participation.
3. Promotion Period
The giveaway opens on 1 December 2025 at 00:00 (UK time) and closes on 24 December 2025 at 00:00 (UK time).
Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
like the giveaway post,
follow our Instagram/Facebook account, and
[optional: leave a comment / tag a friend / complete the stated action].
Only one entry per person is permitted. Automated or bulk entries are not allowed.
5. Prize
The prize consists of a holiday for two people to the promoted hotel, NOT including flights and accommodation. OR any other promoted prize.
The prize is:
not valid during UK school holidays or public holidays; there is no entitlement to specific dates. Travel dates are subject to availability.
subject to specific redemption conditions, which may vary by travel partner or hotel. The winner will be informed directly. If the winner does not accept these conditions, the prize will be withdrawn and re-awarded.
non-transferable,
not exchangeable for cash or other alternatives.
The trip must be redeemed within 48 months from the date the voucher is issued.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Notification will be sent via direct message on Instagram/Facebook or email.
Winners must respond within 7 days of notification.
If no response is received, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected.
7. Liability & Social Media Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
Participants release Instagram and Facebook from any liability arising from the promotion.
Capital Holidays accepts no responsibility for:
technical issues,
corrupted or lost entries,
failed or delayed communications.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
8. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway in accordance with UK GDPR.
Data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to deliver the prize.
Participants may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.
9. Amendments & Termination
The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time, where necessary for reasons outside its reasonable control.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
