Minor maintenance works will take place in the Oriental Wing and at the Oriental Pool throughout August 2026. The Oriental Pool, while not officially adults-only, is generally favoured by adult guests and will be temporarily unavailable. A reopening date has not yet been confirmed.

Vendôme Restaurant is temporarily not serving lunch and dinner due to seasonal occupancy levels. Half Board guests can continue to enjoy their included meals at Cascades (lunch), Episodes (lunch and dinner), and Broadway (late lunch and dinner). Alternative participating restaurants are also available with a supplement ranging from AED 95 to AED 155 per person, depending on the selected venue.
