The foundations have already been completed and the construction site is more than 300 metres away from the main building, so there is a significant buffer to the guest rooms and any noise disturbance is minimal. Al Habtoor has taken measures to minimise both visual and noise disturbance so that guests can enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay.
