PLEASE NOTE: A neighbouring resort is currently undergoing a rebranding project. This construction is not related to Khaolak Laguna Resort. At present, a two-storey building is under construction near the main road. This construction is visible from the entrance of Khaolak Laguna Resort and from Khaolak Laguna Building No. 5 (Siam Chalet). The main redevelopment within the existing resort area is expected to begin after March 2026. 

PLEASE NOTE: From 1 June to 30 June 2026, scheduled renovation works will take place at the Sundowner Restaurant, as well as in selected Siam Chalet rooms and corridors (certain buildings only). During this period, guests may experience occasional noise and visual disturbances in the vicinity of the Sundowner Restaurant, swimming pool, beach areas, and selected guest rooms. Please be assured that all hotel services and facilities, including the Sundowner Restaurant, will remain fully operational throughout the renovation period.
