PLEASE NOTE: Starting July 30th, 2025, till approx. the end of 2026, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray will be undergoing refurbishment of the guest rooms, suites and some general areas. The East Wing is estimated to be available from May/June 2026, while the West Wing renovations will begin in May 2026 and are estimated to be fully renovated by the end of 2026. From the 15th of February (with projected completion 1st May, 2026), the hotel will commence the next phase of its carefully planned refurbishment, which will include the partial lobby, fountain, and a selection of restaurants and bars. The hotel will continue to operate fully during this period, with all guest experiences, including the Talise Ottoman Spa, pool, beach, and leisure activities, remaining available as usual. There will be a reallocation of the restaurants and bars to alternative venues where they will continue to operate, ensuring a seamless stay for guests. Some disturbance may occur from the adjacent wing of the property where refurbishment is underway between 10:00 and 18:00. Operational continuity will be upheld at all times, with all necessary measures implemented to guarantee minimal disruption for guests.
